WE ARE EVERGREEN
Evergreen is the succession of a family business which has been operating in the Lower Mainland since 1996. Kayvean Tabrizi, the founder of Evergreen, and his father began laying tile together in 2012, and since then have laid hundreds of thousands of square feet of tile in both commercial and residential applications. Kayvean has continued the success with the inception of Evergreen Tiling in 2017 and hopes to contribute to the success of your next project.

We tile surfaces for multi-family buildings, single-family homes, and commercial projects. In addition to the work done on site, we'll provide cost saving options and input on the design to ensure your project runs as smooth as possible.
CERAMIC & PORCELAIN
From large format tiles to small mosaic patterns, we work with your specified tiles to ensure a beautiful finish, every time. Our team will work with you to design the pattern layout and install sequence to meet your needs.
MARBLE & STONE
We lay all types of stone tile, from marble and slate to granite and beyond. Our exceptional eye for detail ensures the tightest mitered corners and smoothest exposed edges for a beautiful, high-end finish.

The Grande at Suter Brook Village is the final build in an award-winning community. Standing 26-storeys tall and hosting over 230 units, Evergreen completed the bathroom tile scope on these units.

Builder: Trillium Projects
The HQ development in Surrey is a 3 building 6-storeys, 345 Unit development by Porte Homes and Trillium Projects. Evergreen installed tiles in residential units and common areas, working with Monacor Interiors to complete the project.
GREEN ON QUEENSBURY
709 E 3rd Street, North Vancouver
Builder: Marcon Construction
The Green on Queensbury is a low-rise, wood-frame building consisting of 137 condominiums and 27 townhomes. Evergreen was contracted to install Ceramic & Porcelain Tile bathroom floor and wall tiles for this high-end project.
